Discussion
 Membership Drive - 4 levels ($10, $50, $100, $200); football boys to take letters to local businesses asking them to join booster club; Terry passing out membership forms at football game; continue asking people to join
o Gwen Campbell going to contact Taylor Electric
o Morgan Campbell – BML
o Feed store – Kyle Compton
o Ask Richard for vendors names we use
 Possible Fundraisers
o Dance – band to possibly donate time
o Hope Chest with bearcat head or the words bearcat (or something similar) to be raffled throughout basketball season
o Paper airplane launch – during basketball games (have to coordinate with PIPS)
o Basketball shoot
o 50/50 money raffle
 Meet the Bearcat for Basketball – nothing decided
 Booster club projects/requests
o Baseball – under armor shirts cost is somewhere around $400; booster club has approved $250 and hopefully can do the additional $150 before they are needed
o Football – End Zone camera; have wanted for several years; camera run between $5000- $8000
o Basketball – Travel Shirts/t-shirts; Girls do not need this year but have requested t-shirts with line-up on them; Boys are going to get back with us
 Sports Banquet
o Place? Possibly Pioneer Drive again. Coach Hardin is going to get with spring sports coaches and check on possible dates
o Meal? Rick Meyer cooked last year – possibly check with him again
 Programs
o Ask cheer sponsor if they would like booster club to take over programs for them next year
 Next Meeting Tues Nov. 4th @ 7 pm in the Industrial Tech Building
